Shipping Policy

Order-to-delivery policy

JW Nutritional, LLC uses this Shipping Policy to explain how orders are processed, when they are released for shipment, and how delivery expectations are communicated to customers. Shopify shipping-policy guidance recommends being clear about processing times, delivery estimates, costs, shipping methods, local limitations, and how shipping problems are handled.

Processing timeline

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully received and the order passes internal review. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional spikes, inventory checks, address verification, or temporary carrier disruption.

Shipment timing starts only when the order is ready for carrier handoff. An order confirmation email does not by itself mean the package has already been dispatched.

Shipping methods

Available shipping services are displayed at checkout based on destination, package profile, and current service availability. Shipping options can vary depending on the delivery region, package dimensions, carrier coverage, or other logistical limitations.

If a selected service cannot be used after the order is placed, an alternative shipping method may be offered or the order may be adjusted before dispatch. This reflects common ecommerce policy practice for handling route and fulfillment constraints.

Delivery expectations

Estimated transit times begin after the package has been transferred to the carrier. Delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed carrier service is expressly stated at checkout.

Carrier delays caused by weather, operational congestion, transportation interruptions, regional access issues, or scan lag may affect final delivery timing. Shopify guidance recommends setting these expectations clearly to reduce customer confusion and cart abandonment.

Shipping charges

Shipping fees, when applicable, are shown before the order is submitted. These charges may depend on the shipping method selected, order size, destination, and any special handling required to complete delivery.

Tracking information

When tracking is available, customers receive shipment details by email after the package is released to the carrier. Tracking activity may not appear immediately because scan events depend on carrier systems and processing timelines.

Address accuracy and failed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. JW Nutritional, LLC is not responsible for delays, returns, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address entries, missing unit details, or outdated recipient information.

If a package is returned because it could not be delivered using the customer-provided information, additional shipping charges may be required before reshipment. Original shipping charges may not be refundable once fulfillment has begun.

Shipping issues

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the business promptly. Resolution may require order details, photos of the shipment, packaging evidence, or other information needed to review the matter with the carrier.
